  • Week 0: 0 lbs lost
1/13/10-The week didn't start off too good. I didn't work out on Monday, but I was doing laundry so that is a workout in itself. But, I did go to the gym yesterday and today. I'm so pooped, but it's OK. My husband and I, weighed and measured ourselves...that was not fun. I am eating great and I look forward to my weigh in on Sunday morning.

  • Week 1: 0 lbs lost
1/18/10-I am kind of upset with this morning's weigh-in. I worked out 5 days and ate the best I have in years. But no pounds lost? I'm not going to let it discourage me. It will make me work out harder and eat even better.

  • Week 2: 3 lbs lost
1/25/10-Yay!! I've finally lost something. I just needed a little validation that my workout was doing something. I am so glad to have you join me on my journey. I definitely reach deep down inside for God's help and any motivation on these workouts. Lol.

  • Week 3: 0 lbs lost
2/1/10-Ok...I must confess. I gained some weight back this weekend, due to a visit from my best friend. I am not happy right now and I will work it out tonight. :(
